Visualware Names Shoor & Company

COLUMBIA, S.C. – June 18, 2001 – Shoor & Company, a
public relations firm specializing in information technology, today announced that it has
been named agency of record for Visualware Inc., a provider of service-level assurance
software for the wired and wireless Web.

VisualProfile – a component-based application
that facilitates the performance monitoring, analysis and reporting of today’s

network device problems and identify cause and effect relationships.
VisualRoute – a fast traceroute program that
automatically analyzes end-to-end connectivity problems. The program offers a map of the
world with which users can view the routes their Internet protocol (IP) packets take as
they surf the Internet. VisualRoute also allows users to track all IP hops in parallel
instead of consecutively, thereby providing much faster results than conventional
traceroute programs.
- VisualPulse
– a server-based ping engine and reporting tool designed for
network administrators, Web-hosting companies application service providers (ASPs) and
Internet service providers (ISPs) who need a fast, visual way to see how their service
offerings are running and where problems are occurring. VisualPulse provides real-time and
historical reports on network latency and packet loss.
- AuthentiShield
– a credit-card anti-fraud tool that integrates with any
existing Internet credit-card-processing solution.
