Shoor & Company Clients Ranked
Among Nation’s Top 25
Systems Integrators

Anteon Corp., SRA International 11th and 20th
in Annual Federal Computer Week Poll

COLUMBIA, S.C. – October 21, 2002 – Two Shoor & Company clients have been named to Federal Computer Week’s 2002 list of the Top 25 Systems Integrators.

With a circulation of more than 98,000, Federal Computer Week covers news and provides analysis about how government agencies use technology to manage their operations and deliver services.

The weekly magazine ranks systems integrators on their fiscal year sales of core integration work, which includes information technology (IT) development services, IT systems analysis services, automated information systems integration design and integration services, and computer-integrated systems design.

A Shoor & Company client since 2000, Anteon Corp. (NYSE: ANT) secured the No. 11 spot on the 2002 Federal Computer Week list. SRA International (NYSE: SRX), which engaged Shoor & Company in 1996, ranked 20th. Both companies are based in Fairfax, Va., and made initial public stock offerings earlier this year.

Anteon and SRA are no strangers to recognition. Both companies have been consistently ranked among the nation’s top government contractors by Washington Technology, Federal Computer Week, Government Executive and other magazines covering the government IT arena. In May, Anteon’s president and CEO, Joseph Kampf, was named KPMG’s High-Tech Entrepreneur for 2002. And, for the past three consecutive years, SRA has been chosen by Fortune magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in America.

In addition to performing an array of standard public relations activities, such as distributing press releases to national publications, building and tracking editorial calendars and pitching customer success stories, Shoor & Company also administers the awards and rankings programs for both firms to round out their overall public relations strategies.

"As the broader technology sector continues to flag, Anteon and SRA are bucking the trend by continuing to grow and prosper," said Rita Shoor, president of Shoor & Company. "It’s gratifying that both firms have remained satisfied clients over the years and recognize our talents in helping them achieve the kid of media coverage that reinforces their reputations—and ultimately adds to their bottom lines."

Based in Columbia, S.C., Shoor & Company provides a range of results-driven public relations, marketing and communications services to high-tech companies throughout North America. With a satellite office in Boston, the agency specializes in targeted PR activities designed to achieve clients’ business objectives. Shoor & Company has been recognized for excellence by Software Marketing Perspectives, by the Public Relations Society of America and in the 1998 Communicator Awards competition. Earlier this year, the agency received an Award of Excellence for its collateral design work from the Palmetto Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.
